Similar to manual soft tissue therapy, IASTM uses a stainless steel tool to get deeper into the muscles and help increase blood flow to the injured area and promote quicker healing. It is also able to help improve range of motion and decrease pain.
An alternative adjustment technique for populations that need or prefer a gentler approach. This tool puts gentle pressure into joints to help restore range of motion and decrease pain.
